Social programs
Women are key actors in the coffee production sector, they are the roots for the people of the region. That is why we especially want women to work on our farms. So that they can have an income of their own and are able to support their family.
Our social programs are focused on improving women conditions in the farm. We have reduced the maximum weight that they carry during harvesting and work schedules are managed around school hours so that they can bring and pick up their kids. Furthermore we contribute to the community by organising sports events for children.
